(Although we do use automation for other things, mostly SmartThings.)They aren't well reviewed on Amazon and the like, and I get why, but once you get them running, they only need Wifi to get new codes occasionally, I have it set to wake up and check twice a day to save on battery.PM me if you have any questions on them.

Imagine we reach a time where interest rates are higher so it is harder to get qualified, your HELOC balloon is coming due and they will not renew.I'd put in place some permanent financing on you long-term holdings.

It's pretty one sided.During their "inspection period" they will list everything wrong with the property, "real or imagined" and try to get you to reduce your price.
