Please Help really desperate to get some answers

They are not desperately in need of being refinished, but they definitely look worn.2) Update the kitchen by adding some new cabinets, replacing the appliances and doing a new (composite) countertop.

As in, not getting the people that have to move in right away for some reason (eviction, desperate, etc.)I am just not sure how they are getting a signed lease before even showing it, or what they do.
