I just talked to a commercial developer the other day that told me Columbus is the next Austin TX!

I am based in Virginia and licensing requirements here seem manageable.

A lot of landlords use platforms like Zillow Rental Manager, Apartments.com, or Avail to list vacancies and screen tenants.

The only other question I would suggest is that you do engage a property management company to review your quad and review your monthly financials.

Unemployment was high but I had savings and managed to find work.

With AI or just plain data management, we should be able to catch quite a few issues.  2. 

Start by being actively involved with your PROPERTY MANAGEMENT duties.
