Why waste your time with the zoning board and city council if you just want to build say a triplex or four unit project?

Council members gets calls that they are an eyesore and high crime with transients moving in and out of them constantly.My mom's friends has been in that business over 45 years.

I would highly recommend seeking legal council for this.
