I hate to say this....but as a Christian myself, when someone breaks a contract (as they broke your lease) and says they're "trusting things to the Lord"...I get pissed and very suspicious.

i know the listing broker is not supposed to tell you what the other offers are but most of them will...and part of me doesnt believe him...he called me today and strangely told me that the bank wants both offers and that they might still accep my lower offer, something just doesnt smell right...keep you posted If they'll tell you a secret, then lord knows what they will tell the other side.

When I buy a building I ask my electrician to do a safety check. he charges me a service call fee to come out +/- $85.Lord knows the previous owner who was probably a DYI weekend hero or worse yet a FLIPPER cut corners.
