I am struggling to choose the right app for me.

Every system you try will have flaws, or you may salivate over a feature that appears in other software.Some familiar names are mentioned frequently: Stessa, Apartments.com, RentRedi, TenantCloud, Innago, RentManager, Avail, Rentec Direct, Doorloop, etc.I recommend conducting thorough research on each app online to understand their offerings, pricing, etc.

Now taking note of the answers I’m going to look into creating a custom app on Podio that handles that type of workflows.

However, the PM recently moved to app folio. 

@Cheree HarrisI was just recommended stessa and it’s free access from app or website with same interface.

I found this one surfing around https://jerrybarker.com/calcul... but we usually just average the income out then use https://propertytracker.com which isn't designed for STRs but works fine after averaging the projected income outside of the app.  

Lay everything out in Excel or do you use an app? 

Add in your salary and then make an apples to apples comparison.

Otherwise, you will be comparing apples to oranges.
