Salutations @Adam Rae, I just moved back to CO last week, and have been reaching out to as many of the movers and shakers in CO as possible.

The same mover moved it from downtown Billings in 1972 to where we bought it from 3 years ago. 

We are closing on Monday, and leasing our house back from the buyers for the rest of the week so our son can finish his last week of school, then movers are coming Saturday and we're out Sunday, they are in Monday.  

I looked under the home and did not see axels on it, and it did not have tongues to hitch up to the mover either. 

You need to fly @Joshua Dorkin and the rest of the BP crew out to Aberdeen to help you if you plan on a DIY.  

A moving company that will help ease the entire process and not add more stresses.The fact is; and needless to say, however, easy to forget, is your movers will have your entire lifetime of prized possessions, intimate items such as clothing, and valuables worth a considerable amount of money.

Software is the big mover in the industry.

I assume my test ad would be a bogus home description looking for a renter/buyer, and not a "mover"?

Not to mention Denver real estate is sky rocketing so I can either be making money on an appreciating home or just keep renting at high prices.Really tough decision but I'm leaning towards buying a home here in the Denver area and if I move rent it out and get a home in San Diego.Any advice/insight would be MUCH appreciated!
