Sure the place my parents rented was a, "I'll rent to you for $x but I'm not fixin' ****." kind of deal but it provided us with a centrally cooled 3/1.5 trailer to call home, a place to eat as family and a place full of fond memories (birthdays, Thanksgiving, etc...).  

I think my second or third booking ever had booked under the pretense of his brother coming into town to take him out for his birthday.

Not long after I noticed this issue, a guest checking-in for a wedding actually checked in to host a 30th birthday party with 30 of her closest friends - yikes!

I will be there for 5 days in April for my birthday.

Schedule: There are too many factors, as Covid still being an issue with some of my subs, Storms, Someone getting sick, doctor appts, materials, holidays, Birthdays, Funds, Equipment Breaking down, Etc.

I like to stay in it near my birthday, but that's close to Memorial Day, so I flex the date to be sure I get the holiday renters.I usually end up doing several small projects to improve my place(s), so it's not truly a "vacation" for me, but I'd say that's true for any owner. 

Similarly, my first trip to Atlanta was for a Atlanta Hawks basketball game to celebrate my friend's birthday.

My plan is to retire from the full time job in 3 years and 1 month on my 50th birthday with enough doors to support both myself and my spouse just working that 1 day a week 16 hour shift which will provide some extra income for a while.

I am working on my first deal, and I hope to have closed 4 by my 20th birthday on may 22...

What I did when I was your age and wanted to start building capital, was I went to Costco and spent about $200-230 in Christmas/birthday money on all the candy I could buy.
