Look, the shocking stat's that 70% of licensed agents didn't do a single transaction last year speaks volumes. 

this is a direct relation to lack of inventory.. new construction on many markets is as robust as its ever been.. we have had spectacular years the last 3 years of course during covid was tough with supply chains but my 500k house I am now selling for 700k and my build cost have gone up by maybe 100k.. so record profits for us.. 

I started my career at 19 or 20 years old getting my real estate license.

In the future, either get your Real Estate License so you have access to the MLS, or make friends with a realtor so they can get you comps to get an ARV.  

recovering this negative position can consume years of the actual cash flow when using realistic expense estimates.  

for me it was income potential of earning commissions instead of salary.so at 18 I got my RE license.. and while it was a bit of a chore getting going as it is for most agents..

I am planning to get my license as soon as I turn 18 and I was wondering if there is any way I can get involved in real estate while being under 18 and with no license but I also want to get paid?
