One is my old Aviation partner his company is relevanthomes in Oregon you can google.. and there are others who build them in factory's and crane them in.so there are many who are a decade ahead of you I would study what they do.. also working in a jurisdiction that is anti development and density is probably not a smart thing to do.. find out where they want them then work there.

My background is the aviation industry, with a degree in engineering.

I lived in SoCal during the financial crisis and in hindsight would have bought up more to possibly exit my aviation career. 

You can also do that as a part time work at home gig on top of a dayjob if you know what you're doing.I'd also tell you I'm predicting our Aviation companies are going to be in a slump in the next year or so and for several years thereafter due to this virus pandemic - I'm guessing it will take a long time for travel to get back to where it was -- I could be wrong and hope I'm wrong - but Wichita is Aviation dominant and we always lag the local economy usually when it comes to a downturn and take longer to come back.  

Who are your aviators? 

I have family members in the aviation industry and they’re monitoring flight loads on certain routes and seeing the number of open seats increasing by the hour.

I’ve been admitted to several colleges in the US for pre-vet/ biology however, my true passion is aviation.

I like the Midwest,  a lot of cheap in-demand markets for tech/aviation jobs.I'll try & connect you with Samuel Smith once I'm able to tag him here.

But I am talking the surface fleet, if you go aviation or some other community, you have more station options that are sound as well.Just don't spend signing bonuses or your paycheck on an insanely cool car at 21% APR.

We're both excited to be here and start a new chapter in Texas as my Aviation career lead us to this great area .
