Our church plant needs a larger worship facility. :-) 🙏🏽💒

Real estate is a people business, see if your broker is a member of any local chambers, start involving yourself in your place of worship, if things are slow go to a local Starbucks (wear your name tag) with your laptop, just GET OUT in to the community.  

But, for some reason, if you pray to the wrong god in this country, you get kicked off airplanes, thrown out of school, and not allowed to build your worship houses in certain places.

Down here in South Florida, I see ads saying "5 minutes from the house of worship" all the time. 

Addition: I'd read about the suction cup ones, but read mixed results (people either worshipped them or burned them in effigy) -- has anyone first hand experience with them?

When I lived in Silicon Valley, I used TechCU (http://www.techcu.com)According to their website, you need to meet one of the following criteria to join:- Live, work, worship, or attend school in Santa Clara County, San Mateo County, Alameda County, Contra Costa County, Santa Cruz County, or San Francisco County.- Be an employee of a Tech CU Member Company.- Be a relative of or reside with a current Tech CU member.

The only thing I can think of is going to a church or place of worship and ask them how to handle it 

i will probably get alot of hate since rich dad/poor dad is worshipped here, but those guys are constantly fighting off lawsuits about how they basically just push 5k/10k/15k seminars without giving any real info that wasnt already in the book. 

I used to worship at the altar of property management but after pulling back the curtains a bit I realized that it's mostly common sense stuff mixed with failing your way to success.
