I would buy used, go with a trust worthy brand like whirlpool.

I might have more units that some people, but I have a deal with lowes for a 14.4 cu. ft. whirlpool fridge for $300 with free delivery and haul away and the matching range with digital display and gas burners for $400.

I have an old set of whirlpool coin op laundry machines at my recently purchased multi family. 

I get one level up Whirlpool and they cost a little over $300.Dishwashers are different than other appliances because they require installation and since they have water inside, they can cause significant damage when they leak/go bad. 

Can you share your experience with Whirlpool commercial washer and dryer?

Tenants all have an obsession with being homeowners, and they sign the lease with almost no questions (wanted a pool in tiny backyard, wanted a trampoline insurance won't cover, wanted 14-month lease... ) I just finished installing a brand new whirlpool dishwasher with safety controls on the top of the door so kids cant reach, think i got a thank you?

I like GE and Whirlpool.

I ended up getting a new self-cleaning whirlpool that was on sale for $404 at Lowe's.
