They will be your BOG (boots on the ground) to be able to view the property.I will say that I did buy my current primary residence abroad and it wasn't fairly complicated, I would just do some things differently than I had initially anticipated if that makes sense.

It’s mobile home parks and parking lots so it’s not a quick flipping syndication or anything like that.  

I really like the idea of leveraging local contacts for walkthroughs and feedback.

For a select few, this can be true, but wholesaling is much harder to get off the ground.

Or even a contractor that does large additions and then move towards ground-up stuff.

This is the first time I've heard of a city or municipality doing something like this. 

It's not like the MLS discriminates on listings because of who is listing it.
