There is a ton of opportunities in plumbing, electric, hvac, welding, utility workers industries. 

@Mark GallagherDepending on the size of the debris/trash ~ I normally build up the sides with larger material and dump the loose stuff towards the middle.However ~ I'd have no problem framing in larger sides if I really needed it :)  At the end of the day, nothing a little grinding, steel, and welding won't take care of :)

A few years ago I called over to Tampa Shipyard when they started getting some work again and they offered me $13 an hour to weld.

Reason number 1: many cities, counties and municipalities are drafting or enacting legislation and laws to prohibit such use of real estate as it affects the hotel industry who is all mighty and powerful and can weld laws their way much like a great blacksmith crafts a benchmade knife.

In fact just north of Bham I was told by two HR experts there just is not enough Males to put in the JOBS and they are having to put Females into non-normal jobs- Welding cited for $19 hourly starting out.

Every corporate 401K has that door nailed, bolted and welded shut.
