Now Yardi Breeze is slowly becoming more popular as a light version of yardi voyager and is great for mixed asset portfolios if you do residential and small commercial.

I would recommend Yardi Genesis 2 if you plan to go bigger and switch to Voyager.

I have spent the last 2.5 years as a travel physical therapist after graduating in 2015 - of which has taken me to do contracts in 5 states and allowed me the freedom to travel abroad to South America, Europe, and most recently a 9 month voyage through Australia and Southeast Asia.

This is going to be a fantastic voyage!

I am a father of 3 with a stay at home wife and am hopeful to start my voyage in a business of rental properties. 

BP trains legions of wholesalers and fix and flippers raise substantial funds to fund these folks and also turn  key companies... can it get any better.so there you go it will never be the same.... real estate if anything is constantly changing and if you want to be a player you need to be able to move with whats hot... just my voyage...

Look into Yardi Breeze Premier and do a comparison to see if it works well for you.Buildium/Appfolio will look like loose change compared to Yardi Voyager.I personally used Yardi Voyager for the past 15 years and love it.

That should be sufficient enough.Try Yardi Voyager or AppFolio
