Then come back here and explain in vivid, no-detailes left out language exactly what the deal is, how much you've paid so far, and what it would take to cash out this deal today and own that house free and clear.If you don't understand what the deal is you're into, you'll never understand exactly what went wrong and what it is you're not supposed to do again.
