Now, I never ever go to one of my properties with the exception of when my wife forces me to see the vegetable gardens she works on almost every day.By not going to my apartments I have no personal contact with my tenants and this allows me to keep emotions out of my decisions when a tenant pays their rent late.

Bill Bonner of Rogue Economics has been stuck on his giant ranch in Argentina since maybe March, 2020, but has had no problem sending his daily dispatch to subscribers (and eating farm grown meat and vegetables and eating farm made cheese, wine and ???)

Also, the Google street view image capture is from may of 2019 and the embankment looks the same just less vegetation; since then we’ve had a 5.1 earthquake, a lot of rain last year and several hurricanes so while I would like to have a wall there at some point it doesn’t appear to be in any immediate danger...Thanks again for all the replies and opinions!
