Just be sure you understand the rules and focus your efforts on how to grow your wealth by embracing the rules, trying to understand why the rules are one way or another is unproductive in my opinion...

Whether you're a realtor or an investor, it makes sense to align yourself with other successful folks in these fields, so you can model yourself on what works well and waste less time focusing on ineffective strategies or unproductive activities!  

At least your excuse is working and not playing video games or something unproductive like that. 

Don't get distracted by unproductive non-income things.  

Many of the portals represented on BP and even discussed in this thread have slow paying, workouts, and losses but no one seems to want to discuss those openly - or when anyone does, someone always gets their panties in a wad and the discussion becomes unproductive.  

If I didn't than my labor costs would go up on a project for unproductive time.
