I’ve been holding since 2020, furnished units for Travel Nurse rentals for 2 years and recently converted one unit to long-term, outcome overall has been positive.

Travel will be part of what I do with this. 

We bought a camper and we will be on the road because she is a traveling nurse. our next stop will be somewhere in California.

For example, adding little things like a pack-n-play, high chair, and coloring books can attract more families, or a dedicated workstation can help snag business travelers to fill in during the week. 

Tip 1 - no need to be an agent. 

It would be a shame to pay interest on the entire amount, if only part of funds are deployed.Thanks in advance for any tips on things we should look out for in loan terms, refinancing, etc!

Specifically I  (with my husband and business partner and two little girls)  am on the path to early retirement through my business and interested in the buy and hold strategyIt kind of feels like a needle in a hay stack to me right now - as I am not familiar with areas etcI would love to know about challenges others may have had trying to do this, tips We are happy to come over and do some boots on the ground searching, living in areas etc as opposed to buying sight unseen, but obviously flipping etc is not on the cards for us. 

I think you are making a good call trying to find destinations that people travel to preferably away from major cities.

Would someone be open to share their mid-term stay agreement with me or give tips what to consider when setting up a mid-term agreement?
