I love te idea for the ceiling.

I've read several publications but some say yes, and others say that it may infringe on te 2nd amendment to bear arms.....Checking with a lawyer to see what my options are but figured I go to BP to see if anyone has dealt with these issues.

I'm looking at a deal where Fannie Mae will finance 75% of the deal and the seller is willing to carry a second for the 25% down payment but FM will not allow te seller's second.

I would be more impressed to hear, "Wow, D*ve and P*te were there, and those guys turned me on to strategies and information that I'd never heard before and now I've made back my money 10X over using those proven, secret techniques...".  

Thinking back, that's probably why our daughter H-A-T-E-S renovations!!
