I have a duplex and one side has a pretty bad odor.I washed all the walls and doors with pine sol then did it again and it does smell better but the smell seems to still be lingering.I at first thought that the smell was from smoking marijuana the tenants were avid users of the miracle plant. add to that they smoked cigarettes.

[/b]Good day Bp,So i took my course about 2-3 month and passed my course test , completed the fingerprint process,and went ahead to apply for approval through the DBPR. as I was caught up in the moment (excited and pumped up ready to take my state exam I sent in my application for approval to them) ..... in the DBPR app I included one of my recent ( and only ) charge which was a misdemeanor for possession of Cannabus of <20 grams ( it was literally $10 worth,which was not even mine :the marijuana was property of my acquaintance who's car we were in.Long story short: the officer pulled up to my friends driver side of the vehicle automatically spotted a nug of the grass on his lap asked that we both stepped out the vehicle.

If you wanted to landscape it, the property slopes so grass is not a good possibility regardless.The unfinished basement was used by the last renters to grow marijuana.

The fact that they could take generic aspirin, a generic Tylenol knock-off and drink some coffeee to achieve the same therapeutic levels for maybe 1/5 of the price is unimportant.You can talk to these people until you're blue in the face, and they'll still go out and buy Excedrin when they have headaches.
