As far as a good dividend stock, I like Anally Capital Management (symbol NLY).  

If you type the @ symbol, then type a space and the person's first two letters a drop down will appear for you to select.  

Type the @ symbol and then the first few letters of the name you're trying to tag and then below the box the person will appear and you click on that.

Now do this: write "NOI" on paper and draw a line under it which symbolizes "divided by". 

Why don't you spend an evening writing down all the things that might interfere, then burn it symbolically.
