@Aditya Varyou're welcome....quick tip: if you type in the @ symbol and start typing the name of the person you want to mention slowly their name will pop up.  

@Joey Tatara use the @ symbol then start typying joe and it will tag him in blue and notify him of your post @Joe Morris

Maybe I'm not doing it right, but when I try to tag someone in a post using the "@" symbol, sometimes it works, but sometimes it doesn't.

Your numbers would require a 2.1% rule in order for me to cash flow approx $100 a month (albeit, with my levels of financing at 3.5% down payment resulting in a higher monthly mortgage payment + PMI).On an unrelated note, how do you get the @ symbol to display a user?

As far as a good dividend stock, I like Anally Capital Management (symbol NLY).  

If you type the @ symbol, then type a space and the person's first two letters a drop down will appear for you to select.  

Type the @ symbol and then the first few letters of the name you're trying to tag and then below the box the person will appear and you click on that.

Now do this: write "NOI" on paper and draw a line under it which symbolizes "divided by". 

Why don't you spend an evening writing down all the things that might interfere, then burn it symbolically.
