Remember the old test of 'build me a sawhorse'....now it's can you sweep the floor? 

I would put the LVP in the bedrooms as well and then people can put down a rug if they want or have the ease and convenience of just a quick sweep and mop with the LVP.

If it requires anything barely beyond a broom sweep and light dust we have cleaners come back in and finish the job at the tenant's cost. 

Quickly, not focusing too much on any one area, but sweeping the entire wall at least once all over.Baseboards and trim: Hated this too, but it's easy work.

Many tenants have so infrequently received their deposits back they consider it a fee so have no incentive to sweep before sliding a heavy piece of furniture or stop sliding if they hear a scratching noise, etc.  

Kevin Mullin, author of Proposition 19 is now in Congress, so this may sweep the nation and make it more unaffordable everywhere.  

It is a HELOC, sort of, but the checking account (tied to the HELOC) balance 'sweeps' every night at midnight to pay down the balance.

The lender gives you a 1st lien HELOC with a 10-yr draw period, rate is variable , and it is attached to a checking account where the money sweeps nightly as needed to keep the account at $0.

It's not unusual for my residents to sweep the grounds and the clean the laundry rooms in between the scheduled service.
