Personally there is only so much time before the next uber-like app for barbers and hair stylist comes around where they go door-to-door like an on demand business.

We now have a nail technician, esthetician renting the studio, massage therapist, hair stylist, and both apartments rented.  

They love it there, have somewhat low income (one is a hair stylist and the other works at a restaurant).   

Guess what, fork lift drivers, hair stylists, and other low barrier to entry professions also only require a HS diploma and a simple exam.
