.: I recommend you invest between your two ears as much as possible, whereas 20 K is not going to get you very far in and of itself.I have a masters (student loans paid off) and read 8-10,000 pages a year.

I could never guarantee that every student would find a deal but we have so many success stories and people have switched from investing in MF, MHP, Storage to office, retail, medical, industrial etc.   

It is located in an area that attracts college students/employees, working class families, and military families.

And what I've found is that students who want "free" training won't put in the work.
