I am looking at charging 25% to do this as a stake holder with my partner.

This is a relationship that is interdependent with the landlord being the greater stakeholder. 

In this case, I would add my brother as a 50% stakeholder in the LLC.

The group that created this video is a non-profit advocacy group for real estate stakeholders in the State of New York.  

It may be better to set up a holding company and then corps underneath with 1 property per person with the others as stakeholders.

If a bank or stakeholder is uncooperative with the suit to quiet title it can really throw a wrench in the process...

- Stretching yourself too thin (either to get deals done - or enjoying life;) - Being too lenient with "stakeholders" (tenants/contractors/partners) - Maximizing returns / leaving money on the table - Having plenty of reserves!

But, again...make sure ALL stakeholders are present.
