One RV slot is being rented out to a guy for $100 dollars a month in a rough looking travel trailer. 

I put a drop slot in one of them with a bucket on the other side.

And I'm sure i can find some different outfits and wigs and fill all three of those slots!

Definitely recommend getting some wallet cards made up -- these are smaller than business cards and can fit in wallet slots.

If you don't want them putting it in your mailbox, they can put it under the mat, or put a rent box/slot on your door that puts the rent safely inside your house.Honestly I don't get it.Almost all of my tenants pay electronically, but I do still have 1 or 2 that bring me checks.
