Newbie wanting to invest in fix and flips

Hello all - This is my first post in BP though I have been following the site and listening to the podcast for past year and have bought an SFH in A class neighborhood in Dallas this past year. I have around 200K in stocks which I want to reinvest in real estate. After getting into SFH, I would say I want to be a bit more enterprising and do "something more". I am looking at Indianapolis and Kansas City markets and wondering what and where should I invest. Multi-family, Single family, MLS, Wholesale, Fix and Flips, BRRRR. The issue with MLS is that most of these are not deals and may not give me enough cash flow. The issue with Fix and Flips is that who should I trust? Where should I find the deals? And where should I find a contractor? It's hard doing it sitting so far away in Seattle. I have been contacted by a few wholesalers but skeptical of jumping on the deals because I do not want to put all my money at risk. Again, this post is not to offend anyone. I am just putting my thoughts out there to get more information.
