Hi everyone,I'm curious to hear from property managers who focus on single-family homes and similar rental properties.When a tenant gives notice to vacate, do you allow them to swap tenants, or do you consider the notice to vacate as notice for all tenants in the lease?

I was in a similar situation.  

I would love to meet and network to people in South Florida , and find a mentor or someone who has taken a similar investment route that I am doing from flipping to owning rental properties.Really just meet likeminded people. 

With Rye, White Plains, Patterson, Newburgh, Red Hook, etc... all within that area I would think there would be some options.Most of the rust belt cities are similar, Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse, Albany, etc...

Congrats on submitting that offer and perusing Senior living, either for you or your client.I have been involved in the purchasing process for several senior living facilities, and work closely with a few people who operate RCFE, sober living, and similar types of properties.From what I have learned, the most important thing to keep in mind when purchasing RCFE properties, is that you are also purchasing a business.

They've seen a similar decline in volume of traffic. 

Thanks, Bernice One approach is to break it down by looking at similar vacant retail spaces nearby and comparing price per square foot while factoring in potential rental income once occupied.

So when you see that less expensive price tag on a manufactured home (in comparison to a similarly sized- and priced stick built home) please remember that your monthly payment might be more expensive.

Another similar property was under contract at $290,000 after receiving multiple offers, but it also needed significant work.

Or suggestions for other companies that provide a similar service?
