A rich parent or sibling that believes in your RE vision. 

Problem is, me and my siblings are also beneficiaries.How do I find out if the house is really company owned, and can the trustee make it so that no one can see this. 

Even though my wife is executrix, she shared the estate with two siblings and one thing she had to do before proceeding is she has to obtain a letter from her siblings that they had no objections to how the assets are distributed.

(He has not taken a salary from the nonprofit in 20 years- but the proceeds go to a cause he cares deeply about)  Currently, my sibling and I own 40% of the building, and the nonprofit owns 60%.

It required the seller wanting to sell to us and decide to be willing to owner finance 75% and coming across a group of siblings looking for a 1031 that we were able to partner with.

Apparently there were two sisters that sold it to him and only one signed but she had a letter stating she was power of attorney for the other sister but apparently that doesn’t hold up (I don’t know why) and Yes I didn’t do a title search when I brought the property from my father 🤦🏽‍♀️. so for the pass 15 to 20 years ( I think) this womans name has been on the tittle At this point idk what to do I have looked for her called siblings turn in paperwork stating her sibling was power of attorney and nothing has budge I own my house free and clear and it could help jump start my real estate career.. please if you have advice I would appreciate it P.S ALL ADVICE RECEIVED TO ME WILL NOT BE LEGAL ADVICE BUT MERELY SUGGESTIONS OF THAT PERSONS EXPERIENCE.

That family member rents to a sibling, let's call this the SilingRenter.

If they list a sibling or (even worse, a parent) they may not have a good family support infrastructure.     

During our relationship, he has purchased a primary home, a duplex for his sibling, several other multifamily for his personal investment.
