It's a small shop and we deal with the owner, no one to escalate to. 

While these vendors are typically reputable and skilled, you might not get the best price compared to shopping around directly.

You can create your own methods and one stop shop by creating your own leads.

They plow, shovel, salt and sand for $150 per.OP should shop around.
