I have a shipment of tranquility click that should arrive tomorrow.

I know wood frame modular double wides would come as two shipments of 'half of a house' that connect together with all systems in place. 

They are fantastic tenants and assured me there would be no customers coming and going to the unit, as everything is bought and sold online and they will pick up and drop of shipments at FedEx. 

We received a rather large shipment of Lemon Lysol Wipes and she’s going to help me write messages to all of the ones struggling today.

@Roy Whooten I looked into doing this myself and one of the things I found is the cost could be lower than wood framing assuming you are using a used container (which is also part of the appeal - the recycling aspect), but the thing that scared me off was unless you buy a container that was only used for one shipment, you had no idea what was shipped in there.

He sells out quickly too once he recieves his shipments so it's all a timing thing.

Steel went up due to Covid and shipments from China being decreased along with shipping backups.Lumber went up due to import/tariff issues by the US with Canada.

Has anyone had to manage where the furnishing shipments go before you can officially move in? 

I am supposed to receive 1000 postcards shipment by tomorrow.
