The issue is giving value/service by virtue of honesty, and getting confronted by that.The problem that I notice is people get very offended when they don't hear what they want to hear.

But semantics aside.Many more institutional groups want to see tenure.  

I will say with honesty, DSCR loans are generally the “easiest” in the block when you are a lender who works with 100 different loans types but they are all still snow flakes and require individual attention.

I have done everything the right way, the ethical way, treating people with honesty and respect.. treating the market and the process with respect (not cutting any corners, permits, etc) and it seems like I have been beaten down at every turn and now I am at risk of losing everything I have worked hard for years to obtain. 

To be honest I find newer investors come up with abbreviations I have never heard of and I have to query them as to what they mean..

How do your reconcile any of this with "being honest"?I

It may seem like semantics, but the point is that I do have the right to buy and sell interest in real estate as a principal with all of the risk that entails.
