Looking at a brochure from a home warranty company it promises great things, however I am sceptical.

If the tenants are not aware this house is for sale I'd be sceptical of how great of quality they are.

I'm a little sceptical because I'm used to much lower interest rates, however I'm told the deal cannot be done at a lower rate then 8.39%.What terms should I take, with respect to refinance at a better rate?

I don't know... maybe I'm a sceptic, but it really just doesn't sound right to me.

i am a bit sceptical that you will get 1200 per month on an 80k rental in yukon.  

Sceptic and well water aren't desirable.

I was just listening to Ivy Zelman on a BP Podcast - her company is a reputable RE data cruncher and she is very sceptical about the areas that ares eeing massive amounts of new construction without supporting infrastructure, like built to rent subdivisions in the middle of nowhere.

So basically, the tenant's down payment would be 20-30% for the apartment price and that would give me security for my mortgage payments for about 2-3 years safely if I was sceptical and his monthly payments would be greater then the average rent so that would also reassure me.

This made me sceptical of the Airbnb hype and we always stayed on the long term rental side.
