I'm going to be checking my BP more regularly.

As someone new to real estate, I’m curious if going this route is a smart move for a beginner or if there are better ways to start investing.

There are plenty of people who want their hand held if you want to go this route. 

Across the remaining portfolio, I have a really good amount of equity which I can tap into based on opportunities but need to finish cleaning up my personal debt prior to going that route to get best rates etc.

Just curious if you find it makes a difference updating your photos on a somewhat regular basis or tend to leave the STR photos the same once you have somewhat found a sweet spot?

Just curious, is there any tax benefit to filing as a regular partnership and issuing k-1s to ourselves that show a loss?

Also, a few private lenders or hard money lenders might have some more creative terms for multifamily, especially if you're open to considering that route.

Is anyone else going this route with their advertising to try to create a niche for their rentals?
