@Rishika Garimella I am a local home inspector and investor in the area. i think Austin is a sleeping giant right now. the rates are really scaring away buyers. but since competition is so low right now, its a great time to snag some property while its not being ripped apart by investors. i think the hutto manor area is a great choice, once that freeway opens up that connects taylor to round rock, it will definitely become a point of interest.

He's still in the area and hiding under a rock for at least 7 years until statute runs out.

Hi guys,Hope everyone is well.Lockdown is being lifted and looks like the B and C areas took a ~8% haircut in asking prices.I am looking at the center of Portugal, in the interior and RE is local...

My plan is to be as knowledgeable I possible can so the deals I present are rock solid and convincing enough to get my money.

I've built my business plan for 2025 to go after Cash Flow first, appreciation second, in B and C+ areas.
