It's based on a lot of factors, such as amenities offered (i.e. fitness center, clubhouse, swimming pool, etc); costs to operate/maintain common areas (i.e. landscaping, electricity for common light fixtures, gates, repairs to roadways, parking lots, etc); cost of any insurance that's required; size and age of the property and infrastructure; planning for future capex projects for the property; etc.

Then on the new inspection date the inspector was late.Giant hassle.They want all the area that is a solid surface because there are limits to how much of the parcel is allowed to be impervious surface - control of precipitation runoff is a big thing now, even with detentions basins there are roadways still flooding.

Also, people are thrilled about having a tollroad directly into the city, but I love the ease the roadway provides.I also agree that this is a good buy and hold area for the long run.
