Does anyone have any referrals for property managers in the Los Angeles area who specialize/ have experience in mid term rentals? 

For property managers, I have good PM referrals in Columbus and Cleveland that I refer all of my clients too.

I would stay away from section 8, pull credit and background, and call referrals, and look at pay stubs for everyone who applies.
