It's pretty easy if someone explains it, but figuring it all out requires reading the entire section of the Code many times, plus hundreds of appellate decisions, plus just thinking about how it all fits together.As for the law changing, to my knowledge only Baldwin, Shelby, Calhoun and Cullman counties will be doing the new lien auction process in 2019.

Plus if I'm reading your post correctly, if you did it without permits, depending on your market it may not have much value anyways.
