Hey everyone! 

I’m Niko, a 22-year-old about to graduate college, and I’ve been completely fascinated by real estate and the art of passive investing. I work as a firefighter while finishing college, and over the past year, I’ve immersed myself in this world—reading books, listening to BiggerPockets podcasts, and diving deep into everything I can learn. This community has been a huge inspiration, and I’m eager to connect with people who have been doing this and learn from your experiences. 

I also happen to be a commercial pilot, and I love to travel. I’d love to meet fellow friends and peers from this community in person, hear their stories, and exchange ideas. As I start my journey, I know there’s no better way to learn than by surrounding myself with people who have been in the game longer than I have. If it makes sense, I’d be happy to bring others along when I fly, making it easier to get out and see new places, explore deals, and just have great conversations.
