What are the best tools and resources that you use to market a real estate coaching and consultant program? Or if you haven't what tools and resources would you use?

I've actually pulled the plug on investing to focus on our general contracting business because investing was more of a distraction.  

The rent-to-price ratios are strong, property values remain relatively affordable compared to many other cities, and the city has been seeing real economic and population growth.I invest in Detroit myself and have built a portfolio of 12 doors there.
