OF course, they are all-electric if that factors into things for you ...I.E. if electricty is really pricey in your area...or if the power grid shut down, or.....?

I am funding 4 of them now.. so will see how it goes.buying raw land and putting in building site clearing the land etc for sure adds value along with of course a septic system and water and power.. a lot of folks just cant really grasp how that is all done.
