Hi @Desiree Doubrox sounds like poor management. 

However, poor operations, poor financial assumptions, poor finance structure, or a combination thereof can quickly turn a great deal on paper from hero to zero.

Someone who is in their 40s and been evicted 3 times in the last 10 years likely has a poor credit score as well.
