Would it potentially be more beneficial to buy housing close to a college or even pharmacy school?

For the industrial building, we may tear down part of building and search for a medical office use or pharmacy chain, etc. 

Does your pharmacy give you a free meds for fixing their toilets?

And the cash crowd can pay at several large pharmacies and check cashing places.

Someone for instance builds a pharmacy  for a triple net deal.

Even with highest and best use you might still be under water for what you owe.Would a Walgreens or other pharmacy want to go in there??

Mainly for physician practices, but also other possible revenue generators, like ancillary services (laboratory, imaging, and pharmacy).
