Is there a place to find Private Investors as in one person?

Would a HELOC or home equity loan on my personal home be a good idea to fund this?  

My goal is to wholesale some properties single and multifamily to build some capital while fixing my personal credit and building my business credit.

Remember that for most owners, their business is very personal to them.

So I wonder if I can sell my home in Idaho, purchase the new one under my personal name, then how many months or years must pass before I can setup an LLC as the owner of my primary residence, or if you think that will be a good idea?

I'm looking for tenants that are professional, stable and can act like a thoughtful, organized person regardless of their economic status.  

While Facebook Marketplace isn't the sketchiest site (craigslist), I personally would never give my ID across it.

@David To In Texas there is a way of using tenant personal property to pay past rent.

Personal guarantees are EXTREMELY common.
