If the tenant hides something or lies and I discover it later, that is grounds for termination.

Checkin with people after they arrive to make sure everything is good with the house.

Otherwise perhaps your winter people will pay $500 extra if your cap is $500 and that is not what your competitors will be doing.

Hi @Kenzer Hodgson to @Sarah Kensinger's point above, I'm not a fan of so many people spreading legal advice/insight on the forums, but at least it's better than Instagram/Facebook and YouTube. 

So it ends up being not nearly as much CE as people think.
