I am really trying to work through some of the paranoia and trying to find other ways to find houses rather than the mls (I live in a pricey area that’s still hot and pretty well insulated).

But newbie paranoia misinterprets that chumminess as collusion a lot more often than it really is.

So the whole thing is just being misrepresented all the way up and down, even with official numbers and stats used as the basis to argue against a lot of the paranoia.
