You're up a creek w/o a paddle. 

Could be dogs too.Normally my solution would be to put up a fence all the way around the back, but this is a lake so this will block the view.My backyard extends to a seawall, then from the seawall slopes a few feet down to a platform where a kayak, paddle boat etc... can be launched. 

I didn't even celebrate the big "4-0" last month, because I am so upset with my lack of forward progress paddling against the stream.So, that's why I ended up here on this site.  

Otherwise you will be up $hits creek without a paddle in no time flat.

------if u really want to flip then hold out for a good deal. back paddling is not fun with real estate.

Without BP,  I’m sure I speak for most newbies, we would all be up a creek without a paddle, however that saying goes.So thanks to you Joshua, and your amazing team Brandon Turner etc.Purchased property for 100K, brick building, bring in $2000 per month, previous owner had totally neglected any maintenance etc.

We paid the owner extra to take the boat out to to sea to do some swimming and paddle boarding.

Right now I feel like I'm stuck up a river without a paddle.

You need to stop and get that paddle in the water and get in a direction you are confident.
