Shorter lease terms causing anxiety.  

Rates go up, showings and offers go down, and then the inverse when rates drop.There is too much news and anxiety about rates.

Lastly, that $5k/month mortgage gives me anxiety.

My everyday goes by the 5 F's - Family, Fitness, Faith, Finances, Fun.I never regret not acquiring a certain property, but missing my son's soccer semifinal a few years ago because I went to a showing still bothers me.I go on a date with my life at least once a week and travel as much as we possibly can.Being fit gives you not only health but the confidence you need to be even more successful. exercising is the biggest cure for stress and anxiety.  

I also have extreme anxiety and having my neighbors pissed at me is 100% not an option for me.

Anxiety, really.

This is my first multi-unit purchase, with larger purchase number with high interest rate in the neighborhood i never had rental property, which all add together that gives me anxiety, even though i used to work in the area for 14 years....so i cant say i am not familiar with the neighborhood, just never owned any propertydefinitely never felt good at closing, and chest pain is real, i dont recall when was the last time i was happy at closing, it's always "why i did it again", then i remembered because i need to make more income.summer being great time to get new tenant, but also worst financial time for me with kid summer camp, summer vacation travel...etc 

This has been the trend recently and can definitely cause some booking anxiety for owners. 

Al also overheats as it oxidizes while copper does not so it’s critical to use no-ox which a lot of electricians don’t do because it’s not critical with copper. 

Very very powerful oxidizer but won't break down rubber or plastic like Ozone.
