@Will Mejia I agree with @Nathan Gesner that the cost of solar likely does not outweigh the benefits.

There is VERY LITTLE downside to collecting advanced rent and the pros far outweigh the cons..

I am curious if I could benefit from the taxes benefits from forming an LLC right off the bat or if the annual costs would outweigh them to begin with.

I would say the deal flow I can get by not being anonymous far outweighs any liability risk because I do the things on a day to day basis to eliminate most liability risks.
